Investment bank JP Morgan has announced four new appointments in its French and Italian real estate structured finance business. In a coup for the company, all four appointees were previously with ABN Amro. According to Jon Rickert, head of European real estate structured finance at JP Morgan, the strategic moves will strengthen the company’s growth in Europe.

Christophe Ben Naceur, previously head of real estate finance for France and Belgium with ABN Amro, joins as an executive director and will lead JP Morgan's property finance efforts in France. He is joined by Damien Giguet who will take over as vice- president of the French real estate structured finance team.
Massimo Cecchi joined in September as an executive director to lead the firm’s real estate structured finance efforts in Italy. Cecchi was previously responsible for the ABN Amro Italian structured real estate capital team. He will be joined by Luigi Aiello who will take over as vice-president of the Italian real estate structured finance team
