Jones Lang LaSalle has won the exclusive mandate from developer Projektentwicklung Dusseldorf to market its most recent development project, the Kö-Bogen, a 39,500 m[sup]2[/sup] mixed-use scheme in Dusseldorf. The city centre development comprises nearly 20,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of prime office space and an additional 19,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of retail and restaurant space, on which the firm's retail subsidiary Kemper’s Jones Lang LaSalle will act as exclusive leasing agent.

The Kö-Bogen is expected to be completed by 2013.
