Jones Lang LaSalle forms Baltic alliance

Global property advisor Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has formed a partnership with Re&Solution, an independent real estate consultancy operating in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

JLL said on Thursday that the agreement brings together Re&Solution's local market knowledge and JLL's international expertise to provide high quality corporate solutions and capital markets services. Re&Solution provides real estate services across the Baltic countries, advising on large and medium-sized real estate investment transactions, leasing, tenant representation and project management services for commercial and residential property.
