John Partridge has announced he is resigning as executive chairman at real estate fund manager Cordea Savills after nine years with the company. He will remain involved with Cordea Savills as a senior adviser.
Formerly the founder and CEO of both the Morgan Grenfell and Henderson Property Fund Management businesses, Partridge joined Savills Fund Management in May 2003 with a mandate to transform the UK fund manager into a European investment management business.
Under his joint leadership with CEO Justin O’Connor, Cordea Savills has expanded across Europe and now has offices in London and a number of European cities. Cordea Savills employs over 120 people and has EUR 3.8 bn of assets under management.
