Joachim Ott to head Bilfinger's property division

European engineering and services group Bilfinger has named Joachim Ott as incoming executive president and CEO of its real estate division.

Ott is head of corporate business development & key account management at Bilfinger. He will replace the current real estate head Aydin Karaduman on 1 October this year.

Karaduman is moving on to become CEO of German listed property company DIC Asset.

'Joachim Ott has been closely involved in the establishment of our real estate services for many years and he will continue to build on the successes of the division,' said Bilfinger executive board member Jochen Keysberg.

Bilfinger is one of the largest real estate service providers in Europe and has €54 bn of real estate under management.
