Down payment is scheduled for Q2 2023, and the remaining part will be paid upon occupancy in Q3 2024.

Consisting of 218 residential units, Kvarter 8 is part of the larger development area Söderdalen in central Järfälla where JM is implementing residential projects.

The rental apartments consist of one to five rooms and kitchens, with six of them boasting generous attic apartments.

All apartments have a balcony or patio and an open plan between the kitchen and living room.

Mikael Åslund, business unit manager, JM Property Development, commented: ‘We are pleased that newly produced, high-quality rental properties in good locations are in demand. This sale creates conditions for investing in and starting new projects within our strategy to develop rental properties on our own land.’

The block will have a classic brick facade and will be Nordic Swan Ecolabelled with solar cells on the roof.

It is built in a U-shape around a green courtyard and faces the new Lilläng Park, while parking will be available in a separate garage.

Söderdalen is located in a beautiful park environment by green areas with mixed buildings, mainly condominiums.

It is within walking distance to the commuter train and shopping in Jakobsberg and close to the swimming pool, sports hall and sports facilities.
