Andrés Escarpenter, currently CEO of JLL in Spain, is leaving the company to take on new professional challenges.
Escarpenter has been with JLL for nearly 30 years, having joined the brokerage firm in 1988.
He will be replaced as CEO by Benoit du Passage, currently chairman of JLL's Spanish business and managing director for France and southern Europe.
Du Passage founded the Barcelona office of JLL in 1988 and was managing director for Spain until 1995. He has also been a member of the group's European management board since 1999.
