His responsibilities will be taken over by Frank Pörschke, president EMEA markets, in consultation with the Dutch management team, until a successor is found, JLL said in a statement. The company gave no reason for Querton’s departure. Nor did it provide any details of his future plans.

Jean-Philip Vroninks, country manager for JLL in Belgium and Luxembourg, will report directly to Pörschke for the time being.

JLL's team in Amsterdam comprises Reynout Vroegop, COO & CFO Netherlands; Arnold de Bue, director of valuations & research; Dré van Leeuwen, head of capital markets; Eelco Hoet, head of corporate solutions; and Jac Bressers, managing director of Tétris.

Querton succeeded Eric de Clerc Zubli in 2012 as head of JLL’s Dutch organisation, then known as Jones Lang LaSalle. He was previously managing director of Belgium and Luxembourg at JLL.
