Jones Lang LaSalle has been awarded a mandate to manage the portfolio of the Olinda retail property fund managed by Prelios Sgr.
The management contract includes two new development projects, the Bicocca Village Gate in Milan and Grotte Center in Camerano, planned to open by the end of 2012. It also includes the marketing of Bicocca Village and the Entertainment Center 45°NORD near Turin.
'We expect to be able to add value to these assets in the short term,' commented Simone Burasanis, head of the retail agency at JLL.
With net asset value of EUR 284 mln, Olinda owns a portfolio of 28 assets with a market value of a some EUR 500 mln.
