Property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has won a mandate to manage a portfolio comprising four logistics properties in Slovakia on behalf of AXA Real Estate.

The Daylight portfolio is owned by a fund and administered by AXA and comprises four commercial real estate parks with a combined leasable area of 85,000 m2. The portfolio includes three logistics parks located in the Slovak cities of Trnava, Nitra and Dubnica, as well as the Westend Tower in the Slovak capital Bratislava.

Jones Lang LaSalle Slovakia currently manages of 165,000 m2 of commercial property with a total capital value exceeding EUR 140 mln.
