JLL has announced that Steve Smith has been appointed as head of cost management and capital allowances in London.
In his previous capacity, Smith led JLL’s capital allowances advisory business for three years. He has over 25 years' experience in the sector. His commissions have included One Canada Square, Alpha Tower Birmingham and the AUB student accommodation portfolio.

'His collaborative style across the team and wider JLL business will contribute to the continued growth in our cost management and PDS business in London as well as other UK regional teams.'
