International property services firm Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been appointed to manage The Bridge mixed-use property in Edinburgh, UK. The £34 mln (EUR 43 mln) project by a joint venture of developer Kilmartin and the Bank of Scotland is located on the site of the former Lothian Regional Council offices on George IV Bridge. It features a 136-bed hotel let to Radisson SAS Hotels and the Italian fashion house Missoni, a Bank of Scotland branch, and four restaurant and retail units.

'Between now and the completion of The Bridge next year, we will be providing property management development consultancy advice whilst setting up the management regime for this landmark building in the heart of the Old Town and the Edinburgh World Heritage Site,' said David Pestell, director of JLL.
