JLL to manage Grosvenor retail portfolio in Sweden

Jones Lang LaSalle Sweden have been appointed to provide management, leasing and development advice for Grosvenor's Swedish property portfolio. The portfolio includes the Väsby Centre, Bålsta Centre, Haninge Centre and ICA Maxi properties in Helsingborg, with a total floorspace of 100,000 m[sup]2[/sup].

Jones Lang LaSalle Sweden have been appointed to provide management, leasing and development advice for Grosvenor's Swedish property portfolio. The portfolio includes the Väsby Centre, Bålsta Centre, Haninge Centre and ICA Maxi properties in Helsingborg, with a total floorspace of 100,000 m².

The portfolio is owned by a consortium of investors led by Grosvenor Fund Management, a UK-based private investor group.

During 2011, total retail space managed by JLL in Sweden increased by 180,000 m2, to a current total of 800,000 m² across the entire country.
