Property adviser JLL is to relocate its 700 staff working in the Polish capital to the Warsaw Spire tower being developed by Ghelamco.

JLL is leasing 8,000 m2 at the Warsaw Spire complex to house JLL Poland, EMEA Lease Administration and Corporate Solutions Centre of Excellence, and its European Finance Centre.

JLL's new office will be based on its smart workplace concept. Relocation will take place in two phases, with 450 staff taking up residence across 5,900 m2 of space in Q2 2016. The second group will move to Warsaw Spire in 2020.

Warsaw Spire is located at plac Europejski close to Daszyñskiego Roundabout. On completion in April 2016 it will comprise three buildings: a 220-meter high tower building of 60,000 m2 on 49 floors, where JLL’s new office will be located, and two adjacent 55-metre high buildings which both comprise 20 000 m2 on 15 floors. Almost 70% of the available office space is leased.
