JLL has appointed Alexey Kuchvalsky to the position of Chief Commercial Officer and member of the executive board, Russia & CIS.
JLL has appointed Alexey Kuchvalsky to the position of Chief Commercial Officer and member of the executive board, Russia & CIS.
Kuchvalsky previously led the office agency at JLL and has been with JLL for the past nine years. In his new role, he will be responsible for identifying and implementing JLL’s commercial strategy in the Russian & CIS market, as well as searching for new opportunities across all the company’s business lines.
Kuchvalsky will be replaced by former deputy head Elizaveta Golysheva. Her experience in the commercial real estate market at JLL exceeds 11 years working for key clients such as PPF Real Estate, O1 Properties and Capital Group.
