JLL has announced the appointment of a new team leader for its debt advisory services.

Dominik Rüger, formerly vice president - debt advisory at Eastdil Secured, has joined to spearhead growth in the DACH region and contribute to the wider EMEA division offering.

Rüger brings extensive experience in expanding the German market and implementing financing across various European countries from his three-year tenure at Eastdil. Additionally, between 2018 and 2021, the IREBS graduate supported in establishing the New York branch of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) as part of a team of four.

Rüger will assume the team leadership position previously held by Timo Wagner and will be based out of Frankfurt. Within JLL's international financing division, Rüger will report to Edward Daubeney and Brad Greenway, who serve as co-heads of debt and structured finance, international capital markets.
