Giordano, currently head of project & development services (PDS) for Belux is extending his responsibilities and taking over the leadership of both markets. He succeeds Kasper Deforche, who has decided to pursue new career opportunities and will leave the company in September 2023.

Based in Brussels, Giordano joined JLL in November 2022 and has been key in leading and strengthening JLL’s PDS business.

Giordano brings 20 years of industry experience and specialist expertise in the design, engineering, and management of construction, infrastructure and environmental projects.

In his new and expanded role, Giordano’s focus is to continue providing client service and driving growth in Belux. He will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of JLL’s integrated investment and corporate client solutions across the region, alongside driving ESG alignment.

'Ensuring our clients have access to the best expertise and advice has never been so important. As we look to navigate the ongoing uncertainty, Sebastien’s leadership will be critical in supporting our clients’ preparedness to overcome the challenges and capitalize on the opportunities,' says Remi Calvayrac, head of work dynamics, France and head of PDS France, Benelux, Nordics, JLL.

Said Giordano: 'I am excited to embark on this new chapter in my JLL career at such a pivotal moment for businesses. Our clients need us more than ever to help them achieve resilience and fuel growth.'

His appointment follows the announcement of Emna Rekik, who was promoted to country lead and head of markets in Luxembourg in May, 2023.
