JLL has appointed Klaus Koponen as CEO in Finland.
Currently head of markets advisory in Finland, Koponen is extending his responsibilities and taking over the leadership of the firm, succeeding Dr Tero Lehtonen.
Based in Helsinki, Koponen joined JLL in 2020 as head of corporate solutions, and in 2022 took on the role of head of markets advisory in Finland. Prior to JLL, he held leadership roles at IWG (previously Regus) and brings extensive experience in the Nordic real estate market. He holds a Master of Law from the University of Helsinki.
In his new and expanded role, Koponen will play pivotal role in leading the delivery of JLL’s services across the Finnish market and driving the strategic development and continued growth of the business.
