Litigation lawyers Digby Brown took a 888 m2 third floor suit for a 20-year lease at £162,452 (EUR 241.237) per annum. Separately, the University of Edinburgh signed an agreement to occupy 888 m2 on the second floor on a nine-year lease for £162,486. Jones Lang LaSalle said there is only a 325 m2 suite left to be rented at Causewayside House.
