JLL has appointed retail investment expert Nick Hart to its UK retail capital markets team.
He joins from Savills where he established and led the retail investment team. He was previously director in JLL’s shopping centre investment team between 1996 and 2004.
Hart, who joins the firm as an international director, has 22 years of retail property experience in the shopping centre investment market, transacting over 133 shopping centres accounting for £7.5bn of transactions.
