He will succeed Tom Devonshire-Griffin, who in turn joins JLL’s international capital markets team.

Liljenstolpe is a real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in the Russian market, having worked across different locations including Moscow, St Petersburg and Kazan. He joins from Finnish real estate investment and development company SRV, where he was the country manager for Russia.

Though he will take on a new challenge, Devonshire-Griffin will continue to work with JLL as executive chairman of Russia & CIS until April 2019 during a transitional period. He will then join the international capital markets team in London. In his new role, he will work closely with private equity investors identifying new investment opportunities globally.
