Property adviser JLL has appointed Tom Devonshire-Griffin as managing director of its operations in Russia & CIS and promoted Charles Boudet to the role of executive chairman.

Property adviser JLL has appointed Tom Devonshire-Griffin as managing director of its operations in Russia & CIS and promoted Charles Boudet to the role of executive chairman.

Devonshire-Griffin joined JLL’s Moscow office in 2008 as head of capital markets. Over the past four years he has overseen over $5 bn of transactions. He was promoted to regional director in 2012 and to executive board member in 2013.

In his new role as executive chairman, Boudet will focus on the company’s strategic development and key clients’ relations.
