Real estate advisory firm JLL has appointed Dagmara Filipiak as new head of retail tenant representation in Poland.
In her new role, Filipiak will lead her team to conduct comprehensive analysis of the sector, establish long-term development strategies for brands in the Polish market, identify the best commercial locations, negotiate lease terms as well as provide marketing and communication support.
Prior to this promotion, she worked at JLL for 12 years. During her JLL experience, she advised on brands such as LC Waikiki, Menya Musashi, Merlin Entertainments, Daniel Wellington, Parques Reunidos, Roll&Go, Optique, and Biotech.
Filipiak also cooperated with Toys’R’Us, Kari, Debenhams, Claire's and Hollister. In addition, she was responsible for the commercialisation and recommercialisation of retail schemes across Poland.
