JLL has promoted Dan O’Connor to head of hotels & living - Ireland.

In his newly expanded role, O’Connor will provide leadership and strategic support for the Ireland Residential team and continue to lead JLL Ireland’s successful hotel business.

With over 15 years of experience, most recently as head of Ireland hotels for the firm, JLL said that O’Connor had played a major role in establishing the firm as the market leader in hotel transaction services, achieving number one market share in 2022.

In his expanded role, O’Connor will be responsible for leading JLL Ireland’s residential team which leases and manages high-profile residential schemes across Dublin.

With the residential sector maturing in Ireland, O’Connor will provide the necessary leadership and strategic support to accelerate growth and maximise returns for clients and grows this important annuity revenue line, according to the professional services firm.
