Mateusz Polkowski has been appointed head of research and consulting at JLL Poland.
Polkowski, who has worked for JLL since 2007, will manage a team of seven analysts. He has over 15 years experience in commercial real estate and is also a LEED green associate.
'I am sure that under Mateusz's leadership, JLL’s research and consulting team will continue to be the leading team of experts on Poland's commercial real estate market, providing its clients with detailed data and forecasts, which are key factors in making strategic business decisions,' commented Tomasz Trzóslo, managing director at JLL Poland.
As head of research and consulting, Mateusz Polkowski will replace Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk, who has been appointed to a new role within the company’s structure – head of workplace advisory.
