European investment manager Rockspring has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as property manager for its recently acquired Atrium International business centre in Warsaw.
The office building was bought by Rockspring Property Investment Managers in December on behalf of a separate account client. The vendor was a fund managed by M3 Capital Partners. The investment volume was not disclosed but it is believed to be in the region of EUR 40 mln. JLL advised Rockspring on the deal.
Atrium International Business Center comprises 12,000 m2 of office space and is multi-let to Pramerica, Reuters, Dago and BZ WBK.
In Poland, JLL manages a portfolio of 50 projects on behalf of several institutional and private investors including Aviva Central European Property Fund, Heitman, Catalyst Capital, Balmain Asset Management and P3.
