Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) was named Consultant of the Year at the St. Petersburg’s annual Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony which was held last week.
The CRE Awards are regarded as the most prestigious and officially recognised symbols of achievement in the real estate industry in Russia. The winners are determined by independent expert panels, consisting of real estate professionals from all property sectors.
It is the first time JLL has won the St. Petersburg Award since opening its office in 2006. Earlier this year, the firm was named Consultant of the Year at the Moscow Ceremony for the fourth year running and the fifth time since 2004, when the awards ceremony was held for the first time. JLL is also now the only consulting business in Russia to have won both awards in the same year.
Mark Jagger, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle Russia and CIS said: 'I am delighted that we have won this particular award in St. Petersburg. Receiving the award reflects the efforts and achievements of all our people and symbolises our commitment to offering the highest quality professional advice available in all the major markets we choose to operate in.'
