The four-star property opened for trade in early 2008 and provides a restaurant/bar, five meeting rooms and a leisure facility with swimming pool, steam room and gymnasium. The hotel is located in Edinburgh Park, with surrounding occupiers including Aegon, BT, Diageo, HBOS, HSBC and approximately eight minutes from Edinburgh International Airport.
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels is also marketing the Point Hotel in Edinburgh which has recently been placed on the open market at an asking price of over £15.75 mln.
