The liquidator of Anton Schlecker Group has instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell a 24-property strong portfolio with around 400,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of floor space belonging to the German drugstore chain. The value of the portfolio was not disclosed.

The liquidator of Anton Schlecker Group has instructed Jones Lang LaSalle to sell a 24-property strong portfolio with around 400,000 m2 of floor space belonging to the German drugstore chain. The value of the portfolio was not disclosed.

The mandate includes the company's corporate headquarters with 34,000 m2 of space and 10,000 m2 of land area, as well as the national and European central warehouse offering 130,000 m2 of logistics accommodation on a 310,000 m2 site located near Ulm.

A retail complex in New Ulm, and 14 regional logistics facilities offering 200,000 m2 throughout the country are also included. Most assets are being sold vacant.
