Jones Lang LaSalle has announced appointment of Roman Skowronski and Virginie de Baere to lead the roll-out of its property management service in Central and Eastern Europe.

Skowronski, head of Property Management CEE based in Warsaw, will lead the business and is responsible for setting up the business, team, and generating growth across the CEE region. Virginie de Baere, head of Offices Property Management CEE, based in Warsaw and reporting to Roman Skowronski, will supervise the property management team from the Office sector perspective across the region.

Judit Rohonyi has been appointed head of Property Management in Hungary.

John Duckworth, managing director Central & Eastern Europe said: 'During this year we have looked in detail at the property management sector in CEE. Our conclusions were that the market is fragmented and service levels are highly variable.

'This is particularly the case when one looks at the CEE market as a whole - something most landlords and investors are actively doing. We decided that the opportunity exists to build a high quality and consolidated property management service that protects and enhances the key assets of our clients across the region.

'Our first priority was to invest in a high quality leadership team who will be responsible for building our consolidated CEE platform. By recruiting both highly experienced Retail and Office specialists as leads we are demonstrating our intent to offer a service based on real expertise and a commitment to providing high quality services to our clients.'
