Andrew Gould, head of the East London Business at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: 'We have long-established offices in the West End and the City and building our business in the East will add to our footprint across London. Our presence in East London ensures that we can thoroughly service our existing and future clients as we anticipate growth in London’s key markets. We see that much of London’s growth potential centres around the Docklands, the Olympic sites, the Channel Tunnel rail link, the Greenwich Peninsula and the Thames Gateway.'
