JLL, Knight Frank to lease Moscow logistics park

Russian developer-investor CPD Group has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank as leasing agents for the Kievsky-22 logistics park in Moscow.

The 114,500 m2 site is located 22 km southwest of the Moscow ring road, with phase one (42,200 m2) due in Q4 2014.

Viacheslav Kholopov, director of warehouse and office departments for Knight Frank in Russia and the CIS, said: 'A project of this size, 114,000 m2, located at one of the most demanded highways of the Moscow region is going to find its tenants during the construction stage.'

JLL national director and head of warehouse and industrial for Russia and CIS, Petr Zaritsky, said: 'The stock of class A warehouse schemes amounts to 850,000 m2, but there is no space available. Kievskoe Highway is in high demand among retailers as well as other companies aimed at Moscow city distribution.'
