Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Troy Javaher to head of capital markets for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), replacing Tomasz Trzoslo who becomes the firm’s new managing director for Poland.
Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Troy Javaher to head of capital markets for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), replacing Tomasz Trzoslo who becomes the firm’s new managing director for Poland.
After six years at the helm in Bucharest, Javaher will relocate to Prague where he will oversee investment activities across Central & Eastern Europe, reporting to the head of EMEA Capital Markets, Richard Bloxam, in London. JLL has offices in seven countries in CEE (Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia).
Gijs Klomp is to join on 1 May as the new managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s business in Romania. He joins from CBRE Global Investors (formerly ING Real Estate Investment Management) where he was CEE transaction manager as well as head of asset management for Romania, having set up the Romanian business of CBREGI.
