Broker JLL has poached EY’s senior manager for real estate Riccardo Bianchi as head of valuations advisory services in Italy.
In this role, Bianchi will be responsible for consolidating JLL's position in a rapidly growing market, focusing on NPL, digital, technology, data and sustainability.
He joins from EY where he held the role of senior manager in the strategy and transaction real estate team, managing business development, advisory and transaction support for non-recurring and extraordinary corporate transactions.
Previously, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a senior surveyor on the valuation & advisory team. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he held the role of investment agency analyst at Prelios, where among other activities he was involved in the brokerage of real estate portfolios and business plans.
