Cohan has worked in senior technology roles around the world and joins JLL from Zoopla Property Group (ZPG), where he was chief product officer.

'Technology is transforming the way companies buy, sell, and use real estate, and we are ensuring we are at the forefront of this revolution by hiring the best talent. We are delighted to have Matt join us. His experience and insight will be invaluable to our clients as we strive to offer them most innovative solutions,' said Charles Boudet, EMEA board member responsible for digital services at JLL.

'I am excited to join JLL at a time when technology, data and digital disruption are at the apex of redefining the real estate industry. I look forward to working closely with colleagues to expand and enhance JLL’s technology-based services and products to our broadening client base,' said Cohan.

This appointment follows other recent examples of JLL’s commitment to its technological growth, including hiring Vinay Goel as global chief product officer from Google, the further development of its AI-lead platform NxT Invest, and the creation of JLL Spark’s $100 mln (€90 mln) global venture fund in 2018.
