Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Sergey Vladimirov as new head of capital markets in St Petersburg.
He will be responsible for strengthening the company's position in the investment market in the North-West region.
Prior to joining JLL, Vladimirov worked at Jensen Group. He started his career in 2006 at Colliers International as a valuations and strategic consulting specialist.
In 2007 he joined the capital markets department of JLL in Moscow where he was involved in the sale of SEC Galeria in St. Petersburg and the sale of the Lesnaya Plaza and Bakhrushin House business centres in Moscow.
