Deka Immobilien has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as property manager of the Forum Gliwice shopping and entertainment centre in Poland.
JLL will be responsible for the supervision of operational, technical, financial and marketing processes, as well as the asset’s re-commercialisation.
The centre is located in the Upper Silesian city of Gliwice in the Katowice agglomeration. It opened in June 2007 and provides 140 shops and service units over 43,000 m2 of space.
The tenants includes Carrefour as well as brands such as Reserved and Mohito. The scheme also includes a 13-screen Cinema City multiplex, a gym and other sports facilities.
Jones Lang LaSalle manages 65 projects for institutional clients and private investors, representing a total portfolio of over 700,000 m2.
