Jörg Ritter, who is already a member of the management board of JLL Germany, will be responsible for Retail Investment and Retail Leasing. Office Investment and Office Leasing as well as Industrial will fall under CEO Frank Pörschke.
JLL Germany has also announced a string of new appointments. Jörg Schürmann, 40, has been appointed managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle Corporate Finance in Germany, reporting directly to Andreas Quint, head of Corporate Finance EMEA. Schürmann previously worked as head of German Real Estate Advisory for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking section.
Martina Güttler, 43, will complement the management team of the Property Management Division. Güttler has gained 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with employers such as M&W Zander and Dussmann. The German division is led by Christina Hoffmann and Tina Reuter on a dual leadership basis.
Stephan Festerling, 30, will assume the position of team leader West within the Property Management division. Festerling has eight years of experience in the real estate industry and was last managing director of Berkeley International Properties.
