JLL has acquired Paris-based independent retail consultant Véronique Nocquet to increase its team in France to more than 20 staff.
The firm, founded and managed by Véronique Nocquet, has provided real estate services to national and internatinal retailers for the past 20 years.
'I am delighted to join JLL as I believe that their ambitions and values are a good fit with my own,' said Nocquet. 'This move was a logical next step for my team and me and will allow us to generate greater synergies as part of a major group.'
Charles Boudet, managing director of JLL France, said: 'This acquisition further strengthens our retail business line and supports our growth targets for the French retail market. It also helps us deliver on our promise of a complete range of services to both retailers and investors.'
