Property adviser JLL has recruited Nick Jones to its EMEA Industrial & Logistics capital markets team with effect from January 2015.
Jones was previously a partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s cross-border capital markets team where he advised on a range of high-profile logistics transactions including the acquisition of the multi-country Curve portfolio and the acquisition of DSV’s German HQ in Dusseldorf. He will be based in London.
His appointment follows that of Kuehne + Nagel’s Guy Gueirard as director of EMEA Logistics & Industrial in August.
JLL’s recent logistics and industrial investment advisory transactions include the €523 mln sale of the Bora Bora portfolio by Tristan Capital Partners/VGP to P3.
