Russian real estate investment and development group Open Investments (OPIN) has appointed global advisor Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive adviser for the leasing of its new office centre on Prospect Akademika Sakharova in central Moscow.
Russian real estate investment and development group Open Investments (OPIN) has appointed global advisor Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive adviser for the leasing of its new office centre on Prospect Akademika Sakharova in central Moscow.
The office complex will provide a total space of about 132,000 m2 over three buildings as well as about 1,100 parking spaces. Construction work is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2008.
OPIN's general director Sergey Bachin said: 'The business centre on Prospect Akademika Sakharova is a unique large-scale development of an investment grade class A office complex in the centre of Moscow.
