JLL France has bought logistics and supply chain firm GCL.
The firm will become part of JLL's French corporate solutions business.
According to Benoît du Passage, CEO of France and Southern Europe, the purchase is part of a strategy to be 'unique in our field by bringing together consulting and market activities'.
This includes diversification into new business lines such as workplace strategy, change management and strategic consulting, thereby offering clients 'a more complete package', he said.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
