Joanna Gajewska-Soko³owska has been promoted to national director. The lease administration operations director for EMEA since the creation of the business unit in 2006, Gajewska-Soko³owska oversees the operations of lease administration in the region, supervising client services, project management, staffing, training and the day-to-day management of the Warsaw office.
Other new national directors are Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk, head of the research & consultancy team based in Warsaw; Marek Jamro, a Polish licenced valuer is currently applying for membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; Pawe³ Warda, head of project and development services CEE & SEE.
Virginie de Baere has been promoted to head of property management in the Czech Republic.
Glyn Evans, based in the Czech Republic, has been promoted to national director, focused on business development and providing senior consultancy to the clients in the CEE & SEE region.
Jaroslav Kopac, based in Hungary, has been promoted to national director. Jaroslav is responsible for the delivery of valuation advice to investment funds, banks, developers, owner-occupiers and private investors.
Benjamin Perez-Ellischewitz, based in Budapest, has been promoted to national director. He is responsible for leading and developing the Capital Markets team.
