Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Tomislav Greguric as new head of its Croatian business with immediate effect.

Greguric will take overall control of the Croatian operations, starting from July 1. He has over 13 years of experience in the Croatian real estate market with the office sector as his key area of expertise.

He was previously head of office leasing at JLL. Greguric replaces Jens Moller Madsen who headed up the Croatian operation for 14 years on behalf of Bradmore, King Sturge and subsequently JLL.

Jens Moller Madsen has been based in SEE since 1997 where he initially co-founded Bradmore Consulting (bought by King Sturge in 2005). He was equity partner in King Sturge, managing partner for King Sturge's South-East European offices, and after the merger with JLL in 2011, became responsible for the group's operations in SEE.
