The Russian arm of Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Tom Devonshire-Griffin as executive board member.
Devonshire-Griffin, head of Capital Markets, has been working for Jones Lang LaSalle since 2008, and due to his contribution to the company’s business success, was appointed regional director in 2012.
During the last two years he led over $3.5 bn transactions including the biggest single-asset investment transaction in Russian real estate to date: the sale of the Galeria shopping centre in St Petersburg. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he led investment activities of King Sturge in Czech Republic and the UK.
At the same time, Andrey Postnikov has resigned from his positions on the board of directors for Russia & CIS and Regional director within Capital Markets to continue his career in real estate development and investment in Russia.
Postnikov joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2003. During his 10-year successful career with the firm, he built and led JLL's market leading Tenant Representations business until 2009 and launched its project management service line back in 2007.
