International real estate services firm JLL has appointed Mateusz Bonca as CEO of Poland, effective as of mid-November.

Based in Warsaw, Bonca has been given full responsibility for Poland, including core real estate consulting services as well as coordinating a business services hub.

Bonca joins from Grupa Lotos, the second largest oil and gas company in Poland, where he was president of the management board. Prior to that, he was director at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and financial practice manager at Peppers and Rogers Group Middle East, based in Dubai. He also has strong consulting and advisory experience having spent the first stint of his career at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte.
