JLL has appointed Jeremy Eddy as head of living and hospitality capital markets in EMEA, effective immediately.
The role is strategically aligned with that of Matthew Richards, CEO of Capital Markets EMEA, Andrew Frost, EMEA Living Board Sponsor and Will Duffey, Head of Hotels & Hospitality EMEA, and ties in with ambitious growth plans for the Living & Hospitality sector across Europe.
Having joined JLL over 20 years ago, Eddy was most recently head of EMEA Retail Capital Markets. He is a member of JLL’s EMEA Capital Markets Advisory Board. Going forward, he will be replaced by Mike Bellhouse as new head of EMEA Retail, Capital Markets, at JLL.
