JLL has appointed Nick Winter as head of project & development services (PDS) EMEA as part of a wider reshaping of the firm's global PDS business.
The firm's PDS services arm includes managing the construction, development, design and branding of commercial real estate projects. The division works with businesses including corporations, educational institutions, public jurisdictions, healthcare organisations, industrial facilities, and retailers.
Said Winter: 'We’re living through a transformational period for real estate with investors, occupiers and owners looking to future proof assets and portfolios. Our strong global platform uniquely positions us to support clients in deploying innovative strategies as they rethink their real estate to create and deliver financial, social and environmental value.
'I am thrilled to embark on this new journey as head of project and development services in EMEA and look forward to working with a highly talented and diverse team across the region.'
On a global level, JLL has appointed Cynthia Kantor as CEO of the PDS business, to oversea the new leadership team appointed across Asia-Pacific, EMEA and the Americas.
'The growth we have seen in the PDS business is a testament to the talent and dedication of the entire team,' said Neil Murray, CEO, Work Dynamics, JLL.
'Formally uniting the existing project management and design businesses into one unified and globally connected organisation is a natural evolution to provide JLL expertise and capabilities to clients across industries.
'We now have all the pieces in place to take PDS to the next level and provide our clients with unmatched services and connectivity to meet all their needs in a rapidly changing world.'
