JLL appoints capital markets head for Hungary and Croatia

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has appointed Benjamin Perez-Ellischewitz as head of Capital Markets for Hungary and Croatia.

Perez-Ellischewitz joined the firm in 2007 as a senior advisor and JLL said he has been instrumental in achieving a leading position for JLL in Capital Markets in Hungary. Before joining JLL he worked on the development of a boutique real estate advisory firm.

From 1997 to 2002, Perez-Ellischewitz worked with JPMorgan in London, Seoul and Singapore. Prior to that, he worked for Laboratoires Fournier in Warsaw as a financial controller of its Polish subsidiary.
