Listed CEE property developer Plaza Centers has selected Jones Lang LaSalle to market its most recent project in Lodz, Poland. JLL will provide advisory services and will be responsible for renting the retail space of the Lodz Plaza scheme, comprising 120 shops, supermarket, and an entertainment area including a multiplex cinema as well as an amusement and gaming park.
Listed CEE property developer Plaza Centers has selected Jones Lang LaSalle to market its most recent project in Lodz, Poland. JLL will provide advisory services and will be responsible for renting the retail space of the Lodz Plaza scheme, comprising 120 shops, supermarket, and an entertainment area including a multiplex cinema as well as an amusement and gaming park.
The Lodz Plaza project is due to open in 2014.
The centre, planned to provide a total of 42,000 m2 and 1,000 parking spaces, is situated in southern Lodz.
The Lodz centre is the 11th project to be implemented by Plaza Centers in Poland. In the past 11 years, the investor has opened centres in Warsaw, Poznan and Krakow, as well as in smaller cities such as Zgorzelec and Suwalki. The developer’s latest project was Torun Plaza centre which commenced operations last November.
